What are the benefits of in-person training?
Being in the same space as my clients helps me see how they move and how their mechanics flow from one exercise to the next. In-person training also allows for immediate correction, instant dialogue and feedback, and the ability to adapt on the fly should the client need a modification.

What services do you offer?
The services currently offered are Private and Semi-Private training, Small Groups, and online programming. 

What makes you different from other personal trainers?
My goal is to help you achieve your goals, using planned and progressive fitness in an accessible format. What sets me apart isn't just the programming, but the genuine interest in who you are and helping you move well.
