Small Group Training

Small Group Training is structured like personal training sessions where you receive a personalized approach within a group atmosphere. We limit the groups to 10 to ensure this personalized experience is maintained.

 

Whether you are stepping into the gym for the first time or are a seasoned lifter, these small group sessions will meet you at your fitness level. You will spend time mastering fundamental movement patterns, build lean muscle, and feel and perform at your best!

 

Each hour-long program is usually broken down into (4) blocks -

• power/explosiveness

• muscular endurance

• core/stabilization

• metabolic conditioning

 

We program in such a way that you will receive (3) unique full-body workouts throughout the week to ensure your body is challenged differently with appropriate recovery between sessions. The programs are redundant with slight variations over a 4 week period. This programming cycle ensures your body adapts to the program and progresses appropriately.

Private Training Session
60-minute personalized session. Every session will include a check-in while warming-up, lifting some things, moving in different planes of motion, and digging deep as you pursue your goals.

Semi-Private Training
60-minute customized partner session. Workout without a buddy, be held accountable and crush your goals!
